WHOLE FOOD

NUTRITION

Our relationship to food today is very different than it has ever been throughout human existence.  The products of our industrialized food system are far different than the plants and animals we have co-evolved with over a very long period of time.  We strip our food of nutrients for longer shelf lives and profit. We are mal-adapted to most of what the American food system provides.  And our collective health is reflective of this relationship to food.  To BE healthier we must feed the body with a variety of whole, organic foods the human body is well-adapted to consume.

"Eat food.  Not too much.  Mostly plants."
